Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

West Coast Suspensions (WCS) reserves the right to repair or replace, at their discretion, any product found to be defective in either material or workmanship, within the warranty period, provided the failure or breakage was incurred under conditions of normal use.

Limited warranty would apply to product distributed internationally, mining and fleet applications. Furthermore, West Coast Suspensions (WCS) will not warrant any product when used contrary to that specified by the current West Coast Suspensions (WCS) catalogues or West Coast Suspensions (WCS) company personnel.

Pre-Installation Responsibility

Before installation, please verify that all received components are correct and suitable for your intended application. The responsibility for ordering the correct parts lies with the purchaser.

Conditions for Warranty Validity

To maintain the validity of this warranty, the following conditions must be strictly adhered to:

  • Professional Fitment: Fitment should only be carried out by an authorised or licensed mechanic experienced in suspension systems. Some components—such as struts—may require specialist tools for correct installation.
  • The 500km Safety Check: It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that all suspension components (including U-bolts, shackles, and mounting bolts) are inspected and retightened by a professional installer within 500km to 1,000km of initial fitment.
  • Wheel Alignment: A professional wheel alignment must be performed immediately following the installation of any suspension components.
  • Application Integrity: Warranty claims will be denied if the product has been fitted to an incorrect vehicle application or if the vehicle has been loaded beyond its legal Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM).
