Returns Policy 

Products must be returned in unused condition, where WCS is not at fault, will incur the following restocking fee:

Days since Invoice Penalty
Up to 14 No Penalty
14-30 10% Restocking Fee
30+ Not Returnable

Any discrepancies of goods must be reported within 5 working days

 

Non-Returnable Items 

  • Custom manufactured parts such as U-Bolts or Leaf Springs
  • Products that are used, soiled, damaged, incomplete, altered, or
  • Without a fault attributable to WCS, or

These parts will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer at their expense.

 

Return Process (for Non-warranty returns) 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps: 

  1. Complete the WCS goods return request form
    WCS will assess your request and provide some feedback. If the goods are approved to be returned by WCS then a WCS Goods Return Number will be provided This number must then be referenced and marked on any parts that are returned to WCS
  2. Package the Item Securely
    Ensure the product is in its original packaging and in unused condition. Include a copy of your proof of purchase and the GRN inside the package. 
  3. Ship to the Designated Address
    Send the package to the return address provided by WCS. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless specified beforehand in writing.
  4. Inspection & Processing
    Once received, the item will be inspected. If approved, your refund (less any applicable restocking fee) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
