If you do not accept these terms, you must refrain from using the site or purchasing our products. These terms are in addition to any specific GVM Dealer or Distribution agreements in place.

West Coast Suspensions (WCS) makes no representation, claim, or implication that any products offered by WCS are manufactured by, endorsed by, or in any way associated with the original equipment (OE) manufacturers referenced.

3. Professional Installation & Compliance

It is a fundamental condition of sale and warranty that all suspension components and accessories be installed by a qualified motor mechanic or authorized fitment facility.

• Safety Check: All suspension products must undergo a safety check and retightening of all components 500km after fitment.
• Wheel Alignment: A professional wheel alignment is required after the fitment of any new suspension component. Failure to do so may void the warranty and cause premature tyre wear.
• Legal Compliance: It is the responsibility of the purchaser and installer to ensure the vehicle remains compliant with all state and federal laws relating to vehicle standards and modifications.
• Load Rating: Please ensure you use the correct load rated springs for your application. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to check federal and state laws before the installation of suspension products. Heavy duty springs when installed and unladen may increase the ride height above the advertised height for the vehicle.

5. Online Orders, Quotes & Payments

• Pricing: All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Order Acceptance: West Coast Suspensions (WCS) reserves the right to accept or reject any order. The contract is only finalized upon dispatch of the goods.
• Accuracy of Information: The buyer is responsible for providing correct vehicle and shipping details. West Coast Suspensions (WCS) is not liable for losses due to incorrect information provided by the buyer.
• Suitability of components: The buyer is responsible for double checking all measurements supplied to determine if goods are suitable in purpose and capacity for their specific application. WCS recommend engaging a qualified mechanic/installer to ensure correct parts are ordered for your vehicle and application.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, West Coast Suspensions (WCS) disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or expense arising from:

• Errors or omissions on the website.
• Damage caused by fitment errors or incorrect application of products.
• Product failure resulting in loss of time or vehicle use.
• Damage occurred during third-party freight/shipping.

Use of third-party vehicle manufacturer trademarks is for identification of fitment only and does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

10. User-Generated Content and Reviews

• Publication Discretion: West Coast Suspensions (WCS) reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to determine whether user-submitted reviews or commentary are published, redacted, or omitted from its platforms. While West Coast Suspensions (WCS) encourages honest and constructive feedback, the submission of a review does not guarantee its publication.
• Prohibited Content: West Coast Suspensions (WCS) reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content deemed to be defamatory, offensive, harassing, profane, or otherwise inappropriate. Users are expected to maintain a professional standard of conduct; content found to be in breach of these community standards will be removed without notice.
