Holden Colorado RG2 3300kg GVM Upgrade (OEM#47708)

Suspension kit consists of:
  • 2 Front coil springs
  • 2 Rear leaf springs
  • 2 Front struts
  • 2 Rear shock absorbers
  • 4 U-Bolts
  • 1 Shackle bush kit
  • 2 Swinging shackles
  • 2 Fixed pins
  • 1 GVM Compliance plate
  • 1 GVM tyre placard

West Coast Suspension is authorised under Federal approval number 49093 to supply and fit a GVM suspension upgrade for the Holden RG2 Colorado to 3300kg GVM. This enables the operator to legally carry 150kg over the factory stipulated GVM.

This GVM upgrade is fully certified under RVCS (Road Vehicle Certification System) by the federal Dept. of Infrastructure and Regional Development.

This kit can be fitted to licenced vehicles under the state-based type approval (TA) system.

Each GVM suspension upgrade is issued with a vehicle compliance plate, fitted next to the OEM compliance plate, stating vehicle particulars and approval number.

For licenced vehicles, the GVM certification process varies depending on state or territory. The vehicle may need to be inspected by an authorised Automotive Engineer to comply with that state or territory’s GVM compliance requirements.

 

WCS GVM upgrades only increase the Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM).  They do NOT increase the Gross Combined Mass (GCM) or Braked Towing Capacity (BTC).

Please be aware that these kits must be fitted by a WCS approved fitter/manufacturing facility.
